Private Placements

AssetView is built to be flexible so you can determine how it tracks your private placement investments.

Examples:

1. If you have an ownership interest in multiple real estate properties, these properties can be aggregated as assets in an account or they may be tracked as a single asset with multiple lots.
2. If the same group of partners invests in several LLCs, each LLC may be represented as a party or you may represent the group of partners as a Party with Accounts that represent each LLC.
